Alison first joined Symes Warne & Associates Limited in November 1994 as Research Manager. Alison has previously worked as Senior Research Analyst at the National office of RetireInvest and as an Investment Analyst at Macquarie Bank. Alison is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), has a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in accountancy and economics, a Masters of Commerce (Economics) and a Masters of Commerce (Financial Planning).

Daniel joined Symes Warne & Associates Limited in August 1999 and has been working in the finance industry since 1992. Daniel’s role includes the preparation of financial plans, annual reviews and investment research. Daniel also manages Centrelink issues on behalf of our clients. Daniel has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in economics and has a Masters of Commerce majoring in Financial Planning.

David joined Symes Warne & Associates Limited in 1997 as a Research Assistant and Business Analyst. David's role includes assistance with the preparation of reviews, financial plans, investment research and administration of the firm's information system requirements. David has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a first major in accountancy, a second major in business finance, a Masters Degree in Commerce majoring in business finance, a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning through the Securities Institute of Australia, and a Graduate Diploma of Information Systems from the University of Wollongong.

Danielle first joined Symes Warne & Associates in 1996 as Research Manager. Danielle has also worked for a local Chartered Accounting firm as well as a medium sized financial planning firm in Melbourne as a Senior Financial Planner. Danielle is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. She has completed the Diploma of Financial Planning and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a double major in accountancy and management.

Dianne Richardson is a founding Director of Symes Warne & Associates Limited which was incorporated in 1982. She is the Managing Director and gives comprehensive Financial Planning advice to new and existing clients. Her qualifications include Certified Practising Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Deanne joined Symes Warne & Associates Limited in July 1999 as a Paraplanner/Research Analyst. Deanne has previous experience in the finance industry after working at City Coast Credit Union as a Loans Officer since 1997. Her main role involves providing assistance with investment research and supporting other members of staff in the preparation of financial plans. Deanne has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a first major in accounting, and a second major in economics.

Danni joined Symes Warne and Associates in June 2006 after completion of a double degree through the University of Wollongong. Her commerce major was in accounting whilst her science major was in psychology. Danni has commenced her Masters Degree specialising in Financial Planning. Danni is jointly responsible for preparation of quarterly fund profiles, monthly economic updates and other research tasks.

Leanne is one of the longer standing members of Symes Warne & Associates Limited, having been here since 1987. Leanne has responsibility for the word processing of all client correspondence and preparation of seminar presentations.

Administration Officer/Client Accounts
Lynne’s role is primarily to maintain all client records within our Client Database Program. Any investment changes that occur via our office will now be updated on our system immediately upon receiving the relevant details from the Fund Manager. Lynne joined Symes Warne & Associates Limited in 1997 after having spent the last thirteen years at the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Amanda’s major roles within Symes Warne & Associates Limited are receptionist, answering phone calls, general client inquires, word processing and following up redemptions with Fund Managers.

JP Client Service Manager
Sue Wilton has worked in the financial planning industry for well over sixteen years, and with Symes Warne & Associates Limited since 1994. Sue prepares and processes all paperwork required for any initial investments, additions, withdrawals, or changes to investments. She looks after client service enquiries and spends much of her time liaising with fund managers on client’s behalf.

Financial Accounts Officer
Cheyne joined Symes Warne & Associates in July 2006. Cheyne is currently completing the last session of a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting along with a Bachelor of Exercise Science. Cheyne’s role includes administering and maintaining client portfolio records and maintaining the internal accounting system of Symes Warne & Associates.

JP Office Manager
Kim has recently joined Symes Warne & Associates with more than 15 years experience within the financial services industry and over the last 9 years Kim has held management roles within a large superannuation company. Kim’s main role is the management of the Administration area as well as dealing with items relating to Centrelink, Deceased Estates and Insurance. Kim is currently studying to complete a Management Degree through Deakin University.
